Twin River Casino Buys Bally's Brand
The parent company, which owns nine casinos nationwide, plans to rebrand nearly all properties under the brand.

LINCOLN, RI — The parent company of Rhode Island casino Twin River announced that it purchased the Bally's brand, and plans to integrate it at its casinos across the country.
Twin River bought the name and brand from Caser's Entertainment, who, as part of the agreement, will keep the rights to use the name at Bally's Casino in Las Vegas. The company previously purchased the Bally's Casino in Atlantic City, and announced it will "rebrand virtually all of its portfolio properties under the Bally's name and logo." The exact terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The company owns nine casinos across the country: two in Rhode Island, two in Mississippi, one in Delaware, one in Missouri and three casinos as well as a horse racetrack in Colorado. At this time, it's unclear if the two Rhode Island locations in tiverton and Lincoln will be rebranded under the Bally's umbrella.
