Twin Rivers Goes Before Planning Board Tuesday Jan. 17
A preliminary hearing is set for tonight at 7 p.m.
TIVERTON, RI—The casino gambling group meets tonight (Tuesday, Jan. 17) with the Planning Board to conduct an "informal concept plan review," according to the agenda.
The Special Meeting takes place at 7 p.m. at Tiverton Town Hall, 343 Highland Road.
The discussion includes an amendment to the zoning ordinance for a casino gambling and entertainment overlay district and a proposal for new language to be added to the community's Comprehensive Plan.
