WEST GREENWICH, RI — Proponents of a major solar energy facility are expected to be before the Planning Board on Monday.

Hidden Valley Solar proposes an array of up to 18.5 megawatts on the Mann property off Hopkins Hill Road along the East Greenwich town line, according to a posted agenda.

In old business, the board will review a revised master plan concept for Bella View, a major residential development off Stubble Brook Road. The developers are seeking an extension of their master plan approval, the agenda states.

A mixed use proposal from Roch’s Fresh Foods Market on Arnold Farm Road at Victory Highway is on the agenda, as is an advisory opinion to the Zoning Board of Review concerning a special use permit at 144 Mishnock Road.
