Philadelphia Man Busted For Drugs In West Greenwich

WEST GREENWICH, Ri — Troopers on Saturday arrested Joseph McCray, 37, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for multiple drug possession charges, obstructing an officer, and driving with a suspended license.

McCray allegedly possessed Fentanyl, Buprenorphine, Oxycontin, liquid Adderall, and anabolic steroids, Rhode Island State Police said in a news release.

The arrest followed a July 3 motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in West Greenwich. McCray was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future 3rd Division District Court date.
