Sen. Tim Scott is many things. A story of rags-to-riches. A story of personal persistence. A businessman. A trailblazer. He is also, according to The Hill, one of the Most 50 Beautiful People in the Capitol.

In speeches, Scott often acknowledges his uniqueness in the Republican Party. In an interview with The Hill for the story, he says (jokingly) that uniqueness is his baldness.

Scott was the only South Carolinian to make the list, which is in its 10th year.
