Man Found Dead at Mental Health's Bull Street

An unidentified man was found dead at the Department of Mental Health's Bull Street campus on Sunday morning.
According to a report in The State, the man was not an employee of the state department and could have been electrocuted while trying to steal copper.
The cause of death should be determined on Monday.
