Report: Man Shot Walking to Broad River Road Waffle House
The Richland County Sheriff's Department continues to investigate.
A man was shot in the lower body early Tuesday morning while walking to the Broad River Road Waffle House, according to a report in The State.
The man heard gunfire around 12:30 a.m. as he was walking, and realized he had been shot.Â
