Richland County Jail Employees Disciplined For Alleged Assault

As many as six jail officers have now been suspended.

The investigation into the beating of a homeless man at the Alvin Glenn Detention Center in Richland County continues to grow.

According to an article in The State, six jail officers are now suspended and facing termination following the arrest of a homeless man Feb. 7 on USC's campus.

The man was hospitalized four days later.
