Speak Out: Is Clemson's Tajh Boyd an NFL 1st-Round Pick?

The tough Tiger quarterback has a week to decide whether to enter the 2013 draft.

Few players in college football have upped their NFL prospects more than Clemson quarterback Tajh Boyd.

The junior Tiger play-caller showed up the vaunted LSU defense in a 25-24 come-from-behind victory on New Year's Eve in the Chick-fil-A Bowl, and now people are wondering if he is a first-round pick in April's NFL Draft.

Boyd, who father says is undecided about whether to enter the draft a year early, has one week left to decide whether to stay at Clemson for his senior season or turn pro. The NFL has projected Boyd in the third round.

One reason to leave? This year's QB class isn't exactly stacked with certain stars like last year's (Andrew Luck, Robert Griffin III and Russell Wilson) or next year's (AJ McCarron and Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel).

In fact, the top QBs in this year's draft (West Virginia's Geno Smith and Arkansas' Tyler Wilson) aren't expected to go very high.
