The Shandon area of Columbia--along with other sections of the city--face a cleanup after last night's storm.
A least one home and one vehicle on Waccamaw Ave. sustained damage from falling trees that are believed to have been felled by high winds. 
Tree branches were scattered throughout Waccamaw Ave. 
As of 8:00 a.m. hundreds of homes were still without power according to SCE & G.
