USC Wins Clemson Series With 8-0 Home Shutout

Nolan Belcher's three-hit shutout won the season series for the Gamecocks.

South Carolina's baseball team finished a series win against Clemson in Columbia on Sunday afternoon behind the arm of Nolan Belcher.

Belcher, who had Tommy John reconstructive elbow surgery in 2011, threw a 3-hit shutout for the Gamecocks, who won 8-0.

South Carolina's wins on Friday and Sunday bested Clemson's Saturday victory. The Gamecocks have now won the season series every year since 2008.
