Know This Man? Credit Card Con Caught On Camera
Franklin Police need help identifying a man using fraudulent credit cards to buy cartons of cigarettes.
FRANKLIN, TN -- Franklin Police need help finding a man using gimmicked credit cards to purchase tobacco.
Investigators say the man has fraudulent credit cards and used them to purchase several cartons of cigarettes from a number of Cool Springs convenience stores.
