A mountain of cookies, a hungry crowd, and one champion—Franklin's annual Chocolate Chip Cookie Eating Contest was a feast for the ages!

Franklin, TN, was the epicenter of cookie-fueled excitement yesterday as contestants battled for glory in the town’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Eating Contest at Whitney’s Cookies.
After a nail-biting final round, Ethan “The Dough Destroyer” Reynolds emerged victorious, devouring 32 cookies in five minutes to claim the coveted golden spatula trophy.
“I didn’t come here to nibble—I came here to dominate,” Ethan declared, still brushing crumbs off his shirt.

Runner-up Maggie “Chip Champ” Lawson put up a valiant fight, finishing with 29 cookies and a satisfied grin. “I may not have won, but I got a free dessert buffet, so I’d say I’m the real winner here,” she joked.
Third-place finisher Jordan “Sweet Tooth” Carter managed 27 cookies before throwing in the towel. “I thought I trained for this, but nothing prepares you for the sheer volume of chocolate chips,” he admitted.
