Franklin Man Arrested For 2nd DUI After I-65 Rollover

A 22-year-old Franklin man is accused of DUI for the second time after rolling over on I-65 Sunday morning.

FRANKLIN, TN -- A 22-year-old Franklin man is charged with his second DUI after a Sunday morning rollover crash on Interstate 65, police said.

Franklin Police were called to a crash on I-65 North near the Murfreesboro Road interchange at 11 a.m. Sunday and found a vehicle on its side. Passersby had helped pulled Charlton Solomon, 22, from the wreckage. Investigators determined that the car had flipped several times.

Officers "determined that Solomon was impaired" at the scene. He is charged with second offense DUI, driving on a revoked license and driving without an interlock device.
