Franklin Weather Forecast: A Long, Springlike Weekend

Franklin's temperatures will rise throughout the three-day weekend, reaching the low 70s by Monday.

FRANKLIN, TN — A springlike weekend is ahead, according to the National Weather Service forecast for Franklin. There's a coin-toss chance of rain Saturday but otherwise expect sunny and warm days and crisp nights. Friday night: Increasing clouds with a 20 percent chance of light rain after midnight, low of 48.

Saturday: A 50 percent chance of showers before noon, otherwise cloudy, a high of 60. Mostly cloudy in the evening, with a low of 47.

Sunday: Mostly sunny and warmer, high of 70. Mostly clear overnight, low of 48.

Presidents Day: Mostly sunny, high of 72. Mostly cloudy after sundown, low of 54.
