Like your pizza with blue cheese and chicken, totally veggie, or perhaps all meat? A new pizza place on Main Street in downtown Franklin lets you have it all your way.

After a coupon came in the mail yesterday, we decided to head on down to Main Street and check out Pieology. It's a completely different pizza experience. First you chose your crust type. All the toppings are laid out fresh before you. You interact with the "pieologist" who adds your toppings of choice for your own pizza masterpiece. After about 5 minutes in their oven (you can see the flames), the crust is crispy and the toppings are cooked to perfection! The whole process took about ten minutes from toppings to table and every pizza is the same price - $8.95! Seriously, where can you eat in Downtown Franklin for 8.95?
