Watch Fast-Acting Crooks Hit Franklin Neighborhood

Franklin Police say thieves in the Falcon Creek neighborhood stole wallets, purses and a handgun Sunday night.

FRANKLIN, TN -- Franklin Police released surveillance footage of a group of quick-strike thieves hitting the Falcon Creek neighborhood Sunday night.

The video shows a late model light-colored Honda CRV pulling to a stop in the neighborhood before three suspects jump out and immediately start checking door handles. The suspects stole purses, wallets, and small electronics from the vehicles they found unlocked. Police say they also stole a Glock 9-millimeter handgun left in an unlocked car.
