Wig-Wearing Check Con Sought By Franklin Police

A woman, likely wearing a blonde wig, used a stolen ID to cash a stolen check, according to Franklin Police.

FRANKLIN, TN -- A woman in a blonde wig fraudulently cashed a check at a Franklin bank, detectives say.

Investigators are looking for the woman, pictured above, who allegedly used a stolen ID to cash a stolen check at a bank drive-thru.

Detectives believe the woman wore the wig to look more like the woman in the purloined ID.
