Arrest Made in 2015 Crash that Killed Montgomery, TX Woman

An arrest was made in a 2015 crash that killed a Montgomery, TX woman.

CONROE, TX — The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office has arrested Tyler Franklin Moore, 22, in relation to a November 2015 car crash that killed a Montgomery, TX woman.

The collision occurred at around 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 9, 2015 on Watson Ranch Road, a spindly little strip of asphalt about 3 miles northwest of Montgomery off FM 1097.

According to the sheriff's deputies, Moore and Jessica Reness Robertson, 25, were heading in opposite directions on Watson Ranch Road. Moore was driving an F-250 and Robertson was driving a Ford Explorer.

Five-oh thinks that Moore was driving two-fast for the blacktop, crossed the center lane and slammed into Robertson head on.

Moore was able to get out of his truck before being taken to the hospital, Robertson died on impact.

Moore has been indicted on one count of manslaughter.
