Body of 25-year-old Man Recovered on Lake Conroe
The body of a 25-year-old man was recovered on Lake Conroe on Sat., Aug. 21.
CONROE, TX — The body of a 25-year-old man was recovered on lake Conroe on Saturday, Aug. 21. The body was recovered around 6 p.m.
The unidentified man was hanging out with about 15 friends on two pontoon boats, when he and another man jumped into the lake before the boats had dropped anchor.
The boats drifted away and the men became distressed. Witnesses were able to rescue one of the men, but when they went back to search for the 25-year-old they were unsuccessful.

The drowning victim was not wearing a life vest.
