Conroe Gets New Subdivision

Conroe, TX -- KB Home announced the grand opening of the new master planned community Cayden Creek in Conroe. The subdivision is Located near the intersection of Interstate 45 and State Highway 336.

The new residential community will feature nine floor plans with homes ranging from 1,631 to 2,961-square feet. The homes will include one-and two-story floor plans and up to five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and two car garages.

Prices for the homes start in the $170,000s.
