Constables in Magnolia, TX Arrest Alleged Child Predator

MAGNOLIA, TX — The Montgomery County Pct. 5 Constable's Office in Magnolia recently arrested Douglas Michael Mitchell II, 27.

Mitchell was arrested on three counts of indecency with a child/sexual contact. The Texas Penal Code defines indecency with a child as a Second Degree Felony, punishable with 2-20 years imprisonment and/or a fine not to exceed $10,000.

Mitchell is out of jail after posting a $30,000 bond.
