Habitat For Humanity Hosting Clay Shooting Benefit

CONROE, TX — Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County is hosting Clays to Raise the Roof on May 27 at Blackwood Gun Club in Conroe to benefit its new homeowner clients.

The clay shooting tournament, which begins at 7 a.m., costs $350 for an individual and $1,000 for a team. The individual fee is equivalent to the cost of all the doors in a three-bedroom house, while the team fee is equivalent to the cost of a wall of lumber or interior paint for the house, according to a news release.
