CONROE, TX — Since Mark Keough took office as County Judge in January 2019, Montgomery County has dealt a tough slate of emergencies, with Keough tasked to help county residents through.

Tropical Storm Imelda brought intense rains and flooding in September 2019, and the COVID-19 pandemic changed the lives of Montgomery County residents, along with everyone across the globe, shortly after.
