MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX — The Montgomery County Women's Council of Organizations announced its 2021 Women of Distinction on Wednesday.

The MCWCO Board of Directors usually hosts a luncheon at The Waterway Marriott in The Woodlands for the honorees, but the 2021 event was canceled because of COVID-19. The women were recognized in a video this year instead of the in-person event.

The Women of Distinction Luncheon honors extraordinary volunteers in nonprofits across Montgomery County. MCWCO members each name one volunteer to recognize her volunteer work for their organization. There are 22 women honored this year.
