Tomball School District Calendar 2018-19: First Day Of School

CONROE-MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX — The first day of school in the Tomball School District is August 21 — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you’ll want to mark the dates on your calendar ASAP. The Tomball School District has released its 2018-2019 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

Here is the full list of dates to know for this school year:

September

• 9/3: No School (Labor Day)

October

• 10/5: Early Release
• 10/8: Staff Development

November

• 11/19-11/23: No School (Thanksgiving)

December

• 12/21: Early Release
• 12/24-12/31: No School (Winter Break)

January

• 1/1-1/4: No School (New Year's Day)
• 1/7-1/8: Staff Development
• 1/21: No School (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)

February

• 2/15: Staff Development
• 2/18: No School (Presidents' Day)

March

• 3/11-3/15: No School (Spring Break)
• 3/18: Staff Development

April

• 4/19: No School (Good Friday)

May

• 5/27: No School (Memorial Day)
• 5/30: Last Day of School, Early Release
