MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX — There are several public meetings across Montgomery County this week.

Monday

The Splendora ISD Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Building boardroom, 23419, FM 2090. The board will consider recommendations for the director of student services and principal at Greenleaf Elementary School. Click here for the agenda.

The Montgomery County Commissioners Court will convene at 9:30 a.m. in the Alan B. Sadler Building at 501 N Thompson, Suite 402 in Conroe for its regular meeting. The court will discuss and possibly take action on COVID-19 vaccine distribution in Montgomery. Click here for the full agenda. The meeting will be live streamed on the Commissioners Court website.

The New Caney ISD Board of Trustees is scheduled for a special meeting at 11 a.m. in the Central Office LGI at the New Caney ISD building, 21580 Loop 494, to consider approval for offsite roadway improvements to Kingwood Place Drive and Sorters McClellan Road. It's the only item on the agenda.

The Montgomery ISD Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting at Montgomery Junior High School, 19000 Stewart Creek Rd., at 4:30 p.m. to consider employment status for several positions, including the assistant athletic director and assistant superintendent of elementary education. The Montgomery City Council will hold a Zoom conference for its regular meeting at 6 p.m. The council will consider action regarding the city engineer. Wednesday

The Woodlands Township Board of Directors will hold its regular meeting at The Woodlands Township, 2801 Technology Forest Blvd., at 6 p.m. The board will receive and discuss emergency authorities regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. Click here for the agenda.
