2016 Houston Texans Preseason Schedule: Where and When to Watch Games

HOUSTON, TX — Although J.J. Watt has been enjoying his off-season, it will be nice to see him get back to work when the Houston Texans kick off the 2016 preseason on Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers. The last time the Texans and the Niners played it was preseason 2015 and the Texans won 23-10.

This year's Texans preseason scheduled features two teams with large local fan bases and two back-to-back home games. With this preseason Texans' fans will get a chance to see if rookies like Stephen Anderson and Tyrell Banks have what it takes to compete with seasoned vets like Duane Brown and Chris Clark.

So fire up the grill, yea the Texans' first home game isn't until Aug. 20, but it's never to early to start tailgating.
