Accused Pot Dealers Charged With Making False Police Report

Police said Reed Henry, 18, and Jeremy Galladora, 17, where selling pot when they were beaten and robbed of their marijuana.

SPRING, TX — Two teens who were beaten and robbed while trying to sell marijuana to a group of men face charges of filing a false police report, officials said. Deputy constables were called on Jan. 16 to the 9300 block of Spring-Cypress Road for an aggravated robbery report.

Deputies spoke with Reed Henry, 18, and Jeremy Galladora, 17, who said they had advertised some items for sale online.

The young men claimed when they went to the meeting area, they were assaulted and the property stolen.

Investigators learned that the information of a robbery was false and that Galladora and Henry had been robbed of marijuana they were trying to sell.

Police arrested Henry and charged him with making a false report to a peace officer, and set his bail at $500. An arrest warrant has been issued for Galladora who is also
