Clear Creek ISD Teacher Facing Child Sex Charges
A Clear Creek ISD teacher is accused of molesting a third-grader.
LEAGUE CITY, TX — A Clear Creek ISD teacher is facing charges of continued sexual abuse of a child.
Oscar Perez, an instructional math coach at McWhirter Elementary, is accused of allegedly molesting a third-grader. Perez was arrested on Friday, July 15.
Perez, who is free on a $40,000 bond, was placed on leave in April after CCISD learned of the student's complaint.
