Distroller Wərld Houston to Benefit Be An Angel

Specialty boutique welcomes children with multiple disabilities for a VIP visit During National Autism Awareness Month in April

Distroller Wərld Houston is celebrating Autism Awareness Month with nonprofit partner Be An Angel at its specialty boutique located in the Nordstrom Wing in The Galleria on April 12, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. In celebration of Be An Angel’s mission to improve the quality of life for children with multiple disabilities or profound deafness, Distroller Wərld will host 40 kids free of cost as VIPs.

The event aims to give back to the Houston community by providing a positive play experience exclusively for Be An Angel program participants who are local students of Thomas Horace Rogers School. The school serves the deaf and hard of hearing, and students with multiple impairments who range in age from three to 22.

“At Distroller Wərld we believe that all children, regardless of whether they have special needs, can live fulfilling lives by continuously providing love and support,” said Distroller CEO Daryn Fillis. “We are excited to invite these ‘angels’ to have an exclusive visit and adopt their very own Neonate Babies to love and care.”
