Harris County Sheriff’s Office Robbery investigators have arrested a man and woman who are accused of robbing a game room on Sunday, November, 13, 2016 in west Harris County.
Investigators say that 31 year old Jorge Medina and 31 year old Emmaly Harris posed as customers at the I Café game room in the 19100 block of w Little York for several hours.

When the business was ready to close the security guard was escorting Mejia and Harris out the front door, when Mejia allegedly pulled a handgun and attempted to re-enter the business. The security guard tried to pull the door close, Mejia pushed a gun against the guard’s side, according to police.
The suspects walked the guard back to the office area where they told the manager and an attendant to put all the money in a backpack. Mejia then duct taped the three employee’s hands and fled the business, according to police.

Harris was waiting in the getaway vehicle when District 4 deputies responded to the parking lot. She was trying to drive away when deputies stopped her vehicle, according to police. Mejia was running to the late model Chrysler 200, when deputies ordered him to the ground and recovered his handgun and the stolen money, according to police.
A second handgun was found under the driver seat when Harris was ordered by deputies to exit the car, according to police. They are both charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and being held on $30,000 bond.
