HOUSTON, TX — After defeating the New York Yankees in Game six of the American League Championship Series, the Houston Astros will play the Washington Nationals in the first game of the World Series on Tuesday.

The first two games take place in Houston's Minute Maid Park. Game three to five, which take place Friday through Sunday, are being played in Washington D.C. And if necessary, the sixth and seventh games in the series will return to Houston.

The Nationals and Astros did not play each other during the regular season. While betting odds favor the Astros, the Nationals have had the best record in baseball since late May, and they're 8-2 in the playoffs so far.
