Several factors where Houston scored well included Easter observances, Easter events for children, and Easter traditions.
Other Texas cities on the list include:
- Dallas (13)
- San Antonio (14)
- Austin (27)
- El Paso (39)
- Fort Worth (45)
- Corpus Christi (52)
- Laredo (56)
- Lubbock (57)
- Plano (81)
- Irving (84)
- Garland (87)
According to the survey, Laredo and Corpus Christi scored in the top 5 with the highest Christian population, but Laredo scored dead last in the number of restaurants that serve brunch.
On that same list, Garland scored near the bottom for the fewest candy stores and the fewest flower shops.
As for the number of Easter Egg hunts, Dallas scored near the top, falling at #2 on that list, while El Paso was in the middle of the pack at #52.
Weather also played a role in the survey, and while the weather this weekend is predicted to be bunny worthy, cities like Arlington, Plano and Garland scored at the bottom.
