Houston PD Investigation Into Shooting At 7101 Bellerive Drive

Houston police are investigating the shooting of a female at 7101 Bellerive Drive about 7:40 p.m. on Tuesday (May 26).

The victim, 17, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers J. Kimbrough and M. Combs reported:

The victim was walking through the common area of an apartment complex at the above address when two unknown suspects approached her from behind. One suspect shot the victim in the stomach and both suspects fled the scene. Paramedics transported the victim to the hospital.

At this time, there is no known motive for the shooting.
