Spring Gymnast Claims Fourth U.S. Title, Eyes on Rio

Simone Biles, a gymnast from Spring, claimed her fourth U.S. title and is gearing up for the Olympics in Rio.

Spring, TX -- Although she may only be 4'9" Simone Biles is a very big talent. Biles, 19, claimed her fourth straight U.S. Gymnastics all-around title in St. Louis on Sunday, June 26.

To receive an all-around title a female gymnast must win gold in floor, uneven bars, vault, balance beam and rhythmic gymnastics. After claiming 10 gold medals in the last three years, Biles has become the most decorated female gymnast in World Championship history.

She is also the odds-on favorite to sweep all the women's gymnastics events at the Rio Olympics this year, a feat that has only been accomplished by one person so far.
