Pct. 4 Constable's Office Busts Alleged Johns off FM 1960

HOUSTON, TX — Undercover investigators with the Harris County Pct. 4 Constable's Office busted four men for trying to buy sex.

The johns were busted on F.M. 1960 West, an area that has become known for prostitution. Since January, more than 50 people have been arrested for prostitution related offenses.

Jamal Washington, Madan Lal, Ramiro Rivera and Thomas Dwayne were arrested, each was charged with soliciting a prostitute — a Class B misdemeanor.

One of the four was an armed security guard working for Texas Counties Patrol Agency who was supposed to be protecting the parking lot he was arrested in.

The undercover operation came about because local businesses had complained about the amount of prostitution on that stretch of F.M. 1960.
