Texas City Man Gets 61 Years for Selling Meth
A Texas City man was sentenced to 61 years imprisonment for selling meth.

TEXAS CITY, TX — Walter White he ain't, a Texas City man was handed a 61 year prison sentence for selling methamphetamine and for running from the cops.
Deshoaun Lee Green, 37, was convicted of delivery of a controlled substance in drug free zone and evading arrest with a prior conviction. Green was busted by an undercover in August 2014.
The undercover wanted to score and came to Green who was dealing out of an apartment that was less than 1,000-feet from a park. Green sold the UC 0.7 grams of meth, which let TCPD get a warrant for his arrest.

Green split and was gone for almost a year. In June 2015, five-oh got word where Green was staying and went to go pick him up. When Green saw the po-pos rolling up on him he took on foot.

Although he avoided the police at that time, he was later arrested. Because of previous convictions for aggravated robbery, unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance; Green faced an enhanced sentence.
Green got 61 years for the sale of the meth and 15 for running from the cops. The sentences will be served concurrently.
