Update: HPD Identifies Victim and Suspect in Decapitation Killing

The Houston Police Department has identified the suspect and victim in a decapitation killing.

HOUSTOn, TX — A suspect has been identified in the decapitation of Enayatolah Khorsand, the owner of an auto repair shop in Southeast Houston.

Raymond Jackson, 62, is charged with allegedly beating Khorsand to death and removing his head. A warrant has been issued for Jackson's arrest.

Khorsand's body was discovered between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. on the night of Thursday, Aug. 18, at his shop, Mykwawa Auto Parts, in the 9100 block of Mykawa near Airport Boulevard.

Currently, Jackson is at large. He is known to bicycle and ride the bus and hangs around Sunnyside, Cullen and West Bellfort.

Khorsand's death is the second decapitation killing in the Greater Houston Area in three months, but since the suspect in the first has been in lock up for two months the cops don't think the cases are related.
