Irving Mayor Rick Stopfer has renewed Irving’s pledge to help support monarch butterfly migration by signing the National Wildlife Federation’s Mayors’ Monarch Pledge. The City of Irving has joined hundreds of cities across the U.S. in creating a more pollinator friendly community for the monarch butterfly. Read Mayor Stopfer’s 2021 Monarch Pledge.
