Murder Suspect Arrested In Irving

Quincy Sibley was shot and killed May 6 on Woodmeadow Parkway.

IRVING, TX -- The Dallas Police Department has apprehended and charged a 22-year-old man with murder following a search. Joseph Murrell Carmouche was arrested Tuesday in Irving and charged with murder in the death of Quincy Sibley, DPD wrote in a news release. Carmouche is being held at Lew Sterrett jail.

Sibley was killed May 6 at about 4:40 p.m. at 10901 Woodmeadow Parkway. Police found evidence of drugs, guns, and large amounts of money in the home, DPD wrote in its report.
