Shooter At Large After Wounding Teen At Irving Apartments
The shooter is known but still at large, police said. The 16-year-old victim is expected to survive the shooting.

IRVING, TX — A Tuesday morning fight at an Irving apartment turned violent around 11:30 a.m. when a person with a gun shot and injured a 16-year-old.
According to police, the victim was seen fighting with another person when the shots were fired. The victim was struck and taken to a local hospital, but he is expected to survive.
The victim was undergoing surgery Tuesday afternoon but does not appear to have life-threatening injuries, an Irving Police Department spokesman told WFAA.

Police said the motive for the shooting is unclear, but detectives believe the suspect is know and still at large.
