St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's office filed misdemeanor charges against four people, three of them from North St. Louis County, for the teenagers' role in a Feb. 8 fight at St. Charles West High School.
Adam Khair took over the donut shop formerly known as Caddyshack Donuts at 6220 Mexico Road. The restaurant will serve donuts and Middle Eastern lunches.
The business has drive through open at new location, hopes to open inside of restaurant soon.
