On walks in wild green spaces I teach people about the nature under their noses. My emphasis is on plants, and especially plants you can eat. Every walk ends with a wild-inspired tasting picnic. When I am not walking I am writing: My most recent book is Forage, Harvest, Feast - a cookbook featuring 36 plants and 510 recipes for them.
