She began her professional career as a journalist at the Milford Daily News in Milford, MA, in 1999 before accepting a position at the Norwich Bulletin in Norwich, CT.
Until December 2010, when she joined Patch, Megan worked for more than 8 years as a staff writer for The Day newspaper in New London, CT, where she covered multiple towns and shot and edited video for theday.com.
