Michael Fourte, Neighbor

Michael Fourte, utilizing his extensive knowledge of real estate, has become one of New Jersey's foremost real estate professionals. Currently, Michael serves as the CEO of Fourte Real Estate, a company he founded.

Michael Fourte, although successful in real estate, did not originally start in the industry. At first, Michael served in the United States Navy, where he earned a bachelor's degree in computer science. Soon after, Michael demonstrated his ability to command and lead, and so he served as a tomahawk missile strike officer and information systems officer in the Navy quite some time before making the leap to a commanding officer and executive and manpower officer. In this position, Michael was responsible for directly leading a full-time staff of 30. Additionally, Michael was responsible for training and preparing 1,000 reservists for multiple international missions, as well as overseeing a $4.8 million annual training budget, which he did successfully. Later, Michael served as the Navy city outreach officer of the Northeastern United States, where he was responsible for performing various outreach activities aimed at fostering diversity within the United States Navy. Eager to learn more, Michael Fourte decided to attend Fordham Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor.

Afterwards, he attended the Keller School of Management of DeVry University where he earned his Master of Business Administration in Information Systems. Utilizing his entrepreneurial skill and vast knowledge, Michael founded two separate companies: Fourte Real Estate and the Law Office of Michael Fourte. He has excelled in both industries, serving as a lawyer and a real estate professional. In law, Michael has prepared for and worked well over 100 municipal, state, federal and military cases, ranging anywhere from military law to real estate, and everything in between. In real estate, Michael Fourte serves as the CEO of Fourte Real Estate, where he oversees a small staff and a $3.1 million-portfolio of properties. Additionally, Michael oversees marketing, operations, taxes and risk.

Michael Fourte is an incredibly well-rounded individual who can work in a variety of capacities in multiple industries. Even with his decades of experience and proven success, he still believes that he has room to grow. He plans on proving the similarities between being a commanding officer in the Navy and being a CEO for a business.
