The Catonsville resident was arrested last month.

Sonia Su is a rising junior at Boston University studying journalism, business, and Chinese. Originally from Clarksville, Md., Su grew up playing the violin, traveling around the world from France to China, and, of course, writing.
After writing for her high school’s newspaper in her senior year, Su knew that she would study journalism in college. Since studying in Boston, Su has written for various publications, including The Daily Free Press, Her Campus BU, BostInno, and USA TODAY College. She is also increasingly interested in photography. Both her written and photo work have been picked up by The Boston Globe and others. Su hopes to gain more experience with multimedia journalism with her summer internship as a digital journalist at Patch.com in the Western Baltimore area.
