Capital Grille Brings Signature Steak, Wine Menu To Fairfax
Steak lovers in Fairfax have a reason to rejoice as The Capital Grill opens its new location Friday in Fairfax.

FAIRFAX, VA — The Capital Grille is a D.C. institution known for it's menu of dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood, and world-class wine. This Friday, it's opening its second Northern Virginia location at 12169 Fair Lakes Promenade Drive.
Diners coming to the 1,000-square-foot restaurant will be able to choose from a variety of prepared steaks, which are hand-carved daily by The Capital Grille's butcher. Each of the steaks is dry-aged onsite for 18-24 days to allow them to achieve a flavor and tenderness that's difficult to match. Steak lovers can choose from Bone-in Kona Crusted Dry-Aged NY Strip with Shallot Butter, Porcini Rubbed Delmonico with 15-Year Aged Balsamic, or a variety of other signature cuts.
The Capital Grille's menu also offers a selection of classic menu items with a twist, including Pan-Fried Calamari with Hot Cherry Peppers, Lobster Mac ‘N’ Cheese; or Seared Citrus Glazed Salmon. Patrons can also choose from a wide list of wines and signature cocktails.
