The City is considering implementing a Stormwater Utility to support the infrastructure maintenance & improvement, environmental, regulatory, and drainage improvement initiatives that are part of the stormwater program.  The City’s view of stormwater management has become more holistic, encompassing the value of community resilience, environmental stewardship, protection of property value, and incorporation of greener stormwater solutions to improve the quality of life that the City’s residents, businesses, and visitors experience daily.  The need for good stormwater management is driven by the effects of Stormwater Runoff.
