City Of Fairfax, NOVA Relief Center Partner For Coat Drive

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — The City of Fairfax is partnering with NOVA Relief Center to collect coats and blankets for refugees in Jordan. The city is asking residents to donate new or gently used coats and blankets now through Dec. 9.

Donations of all sizes will be accepted, and items should be clean. Donations can be dropped off at the Fairfax City City Hall atrium from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.

The program is a partnership with NOVA Relief Center and other regional government and nonprofit organizations. Financial contributions toward the program also are accepted.
